Hands down the best one yet. Perfect mix of lore, character development, action, fun, emotions just everything. I’m surprised that given the dark subject matter such as galactic destruction and rich corrupt monsters this was actually kind of a breather episode. After two episodes of failed jobs and genocide we see the two actually score a win and Beebs powering through to be a good guy in spite of the pointless cruelty he sees all the time and refusing to give up on another soul, himself or Shrike. It makes it’s all the more heartwarming when not only they win, but do so through choosing to do good, working together and changing for the better.

I’m curious to see though just what the hell has gone wrong in this galaxy to make it so messed up. It’s a long wait to the next one but it’ll be worth it.
